The Danish Center for Culture and Development (DCCD) spearheads cultural collaboration between Denmark and developing countries. The Center’s activities focus on the following:

• fostering cultural exchange and dialogue to promote mutual understanding, inspiration and enrichment by, inter alia, providing financial support for cultural collaboration with developing countries.  Application deadlines, instructions and application forms may be found on DCCD's homepage, www.dccd.dk
• fostering the conscious and systematic inclusion of culture in Danish development projects, inter alia, by providing support for the implementation of development activities
• helping to create lasting interest and respect in Denmark for the art and culture of developing nations by presenting the culture of developing countries to the Danish population at large in collaboration with major cultural figures in Denmark and in the developing countries as well as providing advice on cultural collaboration with developing countries to the culture and information sectors of Denmark.
