As part of the presentation of Danish arts abroad, the Danish Film Institute places a number of new films at the disposal of Danish representatives and other users on a lending basis for non-commercial events. The main purpose is to encourage Danish participation in the annual film festivals in countries outside the EU.

The films that cover various categories are available in 35mm format which is suitable for theatre screenings. The films are subtitled in English but if possible 1-2 films in Spanish subtitles will be available each year.

All bookings, shipments, and logistics concerning this matter are handled by the Department of International Coordination under the Danish Arts Agency.
